OP.....this girl is just not into you for whatever reason......time to move on.
What would you do if there was a girl whom you were not attracted to, that was this obsessed about you?
Do you think you would fall madly in love with her just because she changed the color of her hair or had a nose job, gained or lost a few pounds? Really? Do you think you would fall madly in love with her just because she felt that way about you?
Your obsession with this girl is unhealthy.....you need to seek professional counseling.
I received an award at the honors convocation prior to graduation. This was one of the major awards, that was given near the end of the ceremony.
I received congratulations, from many of my classmates and teachers. Yet, this girl did not acknowledge my accomplishment.
Perhaps awards and accolades have little meaning to her.
I'm telling you, she is either prepped to look for "George Clooney", or she a complete idiot. Or wait..she could be gay...that would put brakes to he whole thing...dude you're only 19...enjoy life, forget these bimbos...find someone worthy.
I forgot: Congrats on that award! That must have been really cool!
There is nothing you can do to change yourself physically to make yourself more attractive to a woman who pretty much already decided she's not into you.
If you want to improve yourself, for god's sake, do it FOR YOURSELF.
Go have an awesome career, make 6+ figures, and then you will see the difference.
Agreed. However, I don't see the possibility of a relationship if she remains repulsed by my physical appearance. That is why I need help regarding how I can change.
One person here suggested, plastic surgery. I am willing to consider all possibilities, yet this seems a bit extreme, since I have not explored less dramatic alternatives.
I would also be unable to afford the cost of plastic surgery.

Many people congratulated you. Many others did not. This particular woman did not. Do you think EVERYONE was obligated to congratulate you or...just this one woman?
She was probably afraid to acknowledge you at all because you would take a simple "Congratulations" and turn that into something like this:
"Deep down she must really like me.....after all.....she congratulated me."
She is fearful of encouraging you in any way.....because she is just not interested in you.....period.
Agreed
