It's hard to tell from where the picture cuts off and how you're seated, but I'd say that you could lose a little weight if you wanted to OR you could turn your pudge into muscle.
I think your ears are way too low, did you have them put there yourself?
Ahaha. I like the humorous posts, which of course, one will always garner when posting a pic.
OP, you look great. And, as far as nerd glasses... well, I'm a girl & wear glasses all the time. I have several pair as I get tired of the same look. I, also own a pair of black chunkies, similar to yours here... I think they look great on both of us. And, no, you don't look pudgy & I like the hair.
To answer your question, you don't look anywhere near pudgy.
It might be a good idea to tone down the facial hair a bit; it looks like it goes back to the rears of your cheeks and that may seem a bit tacky to some. No need to go all the way clean shaven, just trim and shape it a bit better. OTOH if you like your facial hair the way it is, then by all means keep it as-is.
I'm with the others on your glasses. They look a bit too big on you and your eyes being kinda close together seems to exacerbate that effect. The black frames also don't seem to suit you well...they look kinda cheap-quality, juvenile and a bit geeky (in the stereotypical sense). Rimless, semi-rimless or otherwise minimalistic frames may suit you better and give off a more mature and classy look without looking too "old-school", even in your early 20s. A good optician can definitely help you out here...if you don't know one in your area then maybe a friend or Yelp.com reviews or whatever can assist.

But like everyone else said, wear rimless glasses and you will be OK.

^^^these. Black glasses with nearly black hair is too much. The facial hair, well, if you were wearing a half open button down shirt with a hiuge gold pendant or carrying a rifle and wearing camo then it would work, IMO. Up to you, I like mah men kaleen shaven.
Your hair looks sloppy on top, please see a stylist. Read some fashion magazines. Your weight does not seem to be a problem.
Funny I was going to ask the same question. Why does he care what people that he will proably never in his life see think about his physical appearance
