I see lots of "skinny" young women these days that are busty. Do not remember that when I was the same age. Very few girls/women were busty.
My family is busty so I can't use that to judge.
So I am going to use my coworkers instead. And at least 30% of the skinny ones are D-cups. It's a new world out here.
You wouldn't know if those skinny girls with D's are surgically enhanced though, would you? The local mammography lab says it's surprisingly common these days. The skinny girls I know (pretty much all my women friends of all ages, and relatives), and the college students I see, are....skinny girls. I had a "skinny girl" friend in my teens, and a neighbor, both of whom were naturally busty. But those were rare exceptions, and still are, in my experience and observations.
They are stupid unless it is reconstructive surgery after cancer...other than that....just plain dumb...If a woman has plastic sacks sewn into her chest...it is a turn off...
A turn off to you. No doubt no great loss to women.
Here's the thing - I completely understand why women have breast augmentation - they're doing it because they want to look a certain way, and I get it. It's just that I don't think it looks natural.
I prefer the way that women's natural boobs "fall" and look - both inside & outside of a bra. To me, fake boobs are extremely obvious.
Also, I have heard that women who do get breast enhancements/implants will - in some cases - have health issues as a result.
However, different strokes for different folks. Obviously, a lot of guys like women with fake boobs.
That I would consider reconstructive, not someone wanting to be Pamela Anderson.
That's not what she is saying. Having a flat (AA or A cup) chest and wanting to go up to a C or D is neither reconstructive nor "wanting to be Pamela Anderson."
First of all, I love big natural boobs. However, I hate fake big boobs. A women with fake breasts or a fake butt is a huge turn-off.
I would rather be with a woman with small natural boobs than large big ones - again, same with a woman's ass.
Natural is always better, 100% of the time
I think the opinion of a straight man vs a striaght female might differ on this topic because for me it would be look ( ex how I look with and without clothes). I would know or know about or even think about the feel or stuff like that if I was making the decesion to have implants or not.
I think medical tourism might explain some of the drop. Because I enjoy delving into strange topics...
Spoiler
ending of backlog (from recession, fixing earlier bad surgeries, women who no longer felt a stigma, and so on)
big fake boobs out of style [that would be nice news]
people more aware of the pitfalls (thanks to shows like Botched)
doctors pricing themselves out of the market
maybe implants last longer than they used to?
maybe some women are getting lifts instead?
women of course doing things to other body parts instead
the decline is not because there are good, popular new alternatives to what breasts implants do (fat transfer can be adequate for a small size increase)
But mainly I post this because it's very surprising, interesting news that deserves publicity. It must be rare for there to be a reduction in total number of procedures done on any area of the body.
I have never seen so many bigger natural boobs than here in the US. I think it is a result of all the processed foods we consume. When i look at girls in highschool at age - not quite sure, maybe 13-15 - who clearly did not have a boob job yet, I see them having bigger breasts than people from other countries who are fully developed.
But I have also never seen so many overweight people anywhere else.
I am not surprised the amount of breast augmentation went down - women have naturally bigger boobs than back in the day when they became popular and they now focus on other body parts - tummy tuck/butt implants/liposuction.
