I have to decide on job transfer from Denver to Flagstaff this week. I live 24 miles north of Denver in a 3 year old house on 1 acre. I can afford a 480,000. House in Flagstaff. Any one that has done similar move please comment.

I moved from Oregon to NC then to Mesa, I think you will love Flagstaff, lots of Pines adn does get some snow and never very hot. Your budget should work well in Flagstaff.

Moved from Midwest in 2002, watch for Kachina Village (KV) if you like quirky areas. Spouse had to hunt for a job. Love the area!
