Basically no, or at least very little crime. Aging population. Try Cottonwood, it's not to far away and is much much cheaper.

I am currently in Human Resources/ Customer service. But have waitresse most of my adult like. Hubby is in air freight/logistics. Would want to buy and I would say 175,000-200,000
