The summer is shorter in Maine and cooler, especially at night. However, since cooler weather is colder and longer, a summer day at 75 degrees feels HOT! I remember in Maine, wearing shorts and a tank top when it was 70. Here in Florida, Im in a light jacket at that temp.

We all took a nature walk in Werner Boyce Salt Spring Park this afternoon and then came home to take a dip in the pool. Absolutely fantastic weather out there this afternoon. JMO of course.

I would never live in Keene either. You also moved up when they had one of their worst winters ever. You should've tried Concord area, that's where Ill be going if I decide to move.

Yes concord is nice too. Drove there constantly for husbands police academy. Everyone in NH freaked out saying its crime ridden, and I'm like hello I lived in Fla, a stolen bike isn't a horrific crime .. Although bar harbor looks cute... I thnk were hijacking a bit

My last visit to the area was this past March and i found the numerous days in the mid 80's with high humidity to be very uncomfortable for me, i'm sure for those with low tolerance to heat and humidity found April and May equally as uncomfortable..
The drive home came with an unexpected reward,a late season snow storm in Pennsylvania.
