What is the end game for northerners moving to FL?

Given some of the lovely posts on this thread, I would answer we're all going to come down and take over your wonderful state.

Our plan has been working pretty well. We're the reason behind the toll-road explosion down here. Trying to make it like NY/NJ expressways... *sinister laugh*

Little they know about the true reasons behind NY Pizza. Just wait until the egg cream craze hits. We already have U-Bet syrup and knishes in Publix and Boar's Head out sells those other brands. Slowly but surely the plan will reach it's goals. I heard they are going to build a replica of the Empire State Building near the Hard Rock Casino in Tampa. Going to mostly high rent apartments but the first two floors will be NY Pizza, NY Deli, and a dozen or more other NYC businesses. Even a full blown Nathan's.
