BBQ pork on multigrain sandwich rounds, large salad with cucumbers, artichoke hearts, carrots, scallions, and mesclun, SF bread and butter pickles.

Left over cranberry chicken... that was really good! Steamed broccoli, sweet potatoes on the side.

I messed with the recipe a bit cause I can't help myself... doubled the sauce ingredients, added some sliced ginger for flavor..

I'd love to serve this dish with sweet hawaiian rolls to sop up some of the sauce.
