Last night of chicken soup and chicken & rice casserole leftovers, plus a small tossed salad.

Gotta love that chicken soup. Cook it once and get 3 meals out of it.

Oh FINE! Y'all are having wonderful meals while I am throwing out beef AND a crockpot! <sniff sniff>

Actually we had a DiGiorno frozen pizza (which is actually better than some of the sorry pizza I have had delivered here). But did go to the grocery store and bought some great stuff for some recipes I want to try. I found this great blog site for recipes. It has recipes like I want to make! YAY

I am going to post the site, and hope that I am not breaking any rules here. (Moderator, please feel free to delete and let me know - I really would like to share this site with my foodie friends! )
