I made beef fajitas from (round or another cut of beef) not skirt steak. Seasoned with fajita spice..pan fried and made pico-da-gallo and guacamole.. Served on flour tortillas!
I think we're having a tub of rice with a PF Chang's frozen stir fry. Tomorrow I'll need to put forth a bit more effort, like maybe throw a pot roast into the crockpot LOL.

Tonite we are celebrating my boyfriends promotion he just received at his job.
His mom is making a celebration dinner, we are having roast, green chili, corn, fresh baked bread.
His mom is making the green chili because she knows I love it, and making extra for me to take home..yummy..
