Congrats to jeepgirl's boyfriend's promotion!

Last night DH brought home cracker barrel - it was my birthday!

Tonight I am thinking a chicken a rice dish of some kind.

I took chicken out to defrost and I was originally thinking I'm going to make chicken scampi with linguini , but have been also thinking of possibly making alfredo instead just because I'm in the mood for it BUT I was reserving that for dinner with fish tomorrow night ... THEN I saw Kats idea for chicken and rice....so now I'm confused about what I want

We have to go to a memorial tonight for a friend that passed away so we aren't very hungry and if we do decide to eat anything I suppose we'll buy something on the way home. Probably won't be home until 9 pm and we're leaving at 6 pm.

If the leftover pizza dough will successfully bake into rolls, we'll have bison burgers on those rolls, along with a side of mac 'n cheese.

Otherwise, we'll have salmon and pasta.

Baking trial in about an hour or so. Fingers crossed.

ETA: Baking was a bomb. It was too dense. Salmon and pasta it is. We'll buy rolls at Costco this weekend and make the bison burgers then.

Do you make your own gravy, if so, care to share?
