I cooked a pork roast a couple of weeks ago, and had to freeze it, anybody have any suggestions on what to do with it?
I need to stretch it....

Shredded, mixed with corn and black bean salsa, and served with rice?
Shredded and made into quesadillas or burritos?
(It's already cooked, right? If not, I have a yummy carnitas recipe for the crock pot.)

I'm with Julia, but I have another suggestion: pulled pork sandwiches with barbecue sauce.
