OH...I don't know....I need some ideas.... as of right now I could make meatloaf, mac n cheese with kielbasa, or lasagna ..... I'm not in the mood for any of them though

OOOOooo that looks good. I'm going to have to try that sometime. Thanks! I still haven't decided what I'm making ...DH says he wants "some kind of pasta" ...that doesn't really help me out much lol
I am cheating tonight - rotelle pasta with meat sauce and meatballs. DH and kids all like the ground meat AND meatballs...I think its a bit much..but they like it. I use jarred sauce - a mix of ragu meat flavored and prego meat flavored...I'll add some basil and oregano, and garlic powder - simmer it with the ground beef and meatballs - easy and it tastes good - I feel like a cheater lol . Its one of their favorites though Oh ...and I make cheater garlic bread too ...just a regular slice of white bread - I brush melted butter on both sides then sprinkle lightly with garlic salt...then generously with garlic powder...broil on each side until golden...they like it better than the stuff I can buy
I'm making Burgers, got some tomato and bacon for toppers, may even fry up an egg.
Oven roasted potato wedges tossed with a bit of veg oil and seasonings.
