Default The Agenda: May 22 - 28

This week's dinner selections will start off in a few hours with some huevos rancheros (scrambled, with salsa, corn tortillas, and sausage patties). Later in the week, I'm getting with my mother over at Olive Garden (haven't decided yet, but I'm torn between seafood Alfredo, shrimp ravioli, and spaghetti and to be sided with Caesar salad and breadsticks) and at home, I'm planning sirloin steak and baked potatoes for midweek.

Have a great time with your dinner plans, and bon appetit!

OK so the pork is cooking slow in the Dutch Oven on the stove for now. When it is tender it will be grilled on the BBQ with homemade BBQ sauce--yummy! I'm make some mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts to go along with it.
