Hi everyone! I'm back, again lol! Hopefully my computer issues are solved for good now!

I haven't had time to look through everyone's posts but I did read a couple of pages - have to spread some reps for giving to most again so....

Busta - I wish your son a speedy recovery and hope he's doing well!

Netwit - Thanks for posting that pesto ravioli recipe - I'm going to be trying that - it sounds really good!

I haven't been doing too much cooking lately because of schedules and the heat, but I did make grilled chicken with linguine and alfredo sauce on Sunday and BLT's last night with corn on the cob...so good!

Not sure exactly what we are doing tonight, but my daughter has requested chicken with pasta primavera, so I may make that for her. Its a nice light dish.

Please keep us posted and good luck. I know there is nothing worse than a sick child, whether they are 3 or 33.

Shrimp last might was wondeful: only problem, I only made 2 pieces of french bread toast: I used the everything french bread, we wished we had had 2 pieces each.

Beef kabobs, I'm marinating them in salt, brown sugar, & worsterchire.

On the side? String beans & buttered noodles??

Maybe some sauteed squash and onions?

Or Chop big pieces of potatoes and onions and place in microwave with some butter, salt and pepper for about 20 minutes or so.

Salad is always good

I have some Alton Brown's brownies in the oven!

Just got home from a fun day at the water park with my grandson! Needless to say between the heat and my lack of energy I have no desire (AGAIN) to cook lol...thinking about a quick pasta salad with kalamata olives, artichoke hearts and red bell pepper
