Hope no one minds if I jump right in- we're having buffalo chicken pasta salad.

The first time I made this the girls couldn't get enough and said it's like crack for your mouth and I have to agree.

Default The Agenda: July 24 - 30

This week's dinner selections will include cheese enchiladas (today at Tupy's, not at home), lasagna, smoked sausage, and grilled chicken. Later in the week, I should be getting my crockpot out to put together some chicken and dumplings, as I'm overdue for that.

Enjoy your favorites and much more this week, and bon appetit!

It's laundry day so I am not doing anything too strenuous...ground beef patties w/roasted fingerling potatoes, cauliflower, and broccoli. We bought some fresh blackberries at Costco yesterday so I made Pioneer Woman's recipe for blackberry cobbler for dessert. It is more like a buckle than a cobbler, but it looks good. We have vanilla bean ice cream to top it with.
