I should have skipped the baseball game last night - I ended up passing out from the heat - even though I was only out there for 40 minutes, AND I didn't even feel hot - not sweating or anything! Still was shaky and a little off kilter today, but my blood pressure has remained normal - and DH is consistently shoving gatorade or water in my face to make sure I drink enough, lol...so tomorrow I should be even better!
I FINALLY did get to make the Chicken with Pasta Primavera tonight.

I have fresh made pasta noodles that I was going to make with garlic & oil, & add cut up rottisserie chicken & broccoli to...but our neighbor invited us over for a Sunday roast instead.
I have just marinated some Chicken Breasts in Teriyaki and Five Spice and we shall probably have them with Basmati rice and wok veggies. I hate cooking at the best of times but in summer I really want simple and lighter stuff.
Last night DH made a turkey breast on the rotisserie on the BBQ last night and I made some mashed potatoes with gravy, sliced some tomatoes and sliced cucumbers from the garden for a side!
For tonight we'll probably have hot turkey sandwiches with mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, sliced tomatoes and cucumbers!
Sunday: chicken with a tomato sauce, leftover rice, broccoli
