Hi everyone! I hope everyone is handling this heat ok. I'm in NJ and the thermometer just registered at 109 degrees! YUCK!

The last few days I haven't really made much - its been too hot and DH and DD are on a BLT kick which is just fine with me! We have had them 3x this week!

Tonight - I'm making pasta primavera with chicken. I was going to make this a few days ago for DD but ended up making chicken scampi instead.

sounds awesome. We are having tuna salad and home made garlic bread. It is too hot for anything else. Right now it is about 104.

Lemon pepper panko pan fried fish, steamed broccoli, mashed taters for the husband and churn. Chickpea and rice stew with dill for me.

Primavera has been scratched once again...DH got called into work and isn't even home yet. We will try again for tomorrow night!
