Thanks for the responses: I see that WAMART (not my favorotie) has some very good Avos' from Mex. and they ripen ok..

Hunter Wold - Thanks for the suggestion for the avacados. I will check that out. It's been several years since I have been to Walmart.

I had never payed attention untill recently. I'm lucky enough to be able to get alot of citrus from neighboring houses.
I recently discovered after about 15 years of wondering what the heck it was..
One of my neighbors trees was loquat. Know what? They are freeking good. I dont know why I waited so long to research it.
She also has a Starfruit tree, I did know what they were though.
I love Pineapple so late last summer I rooted then planted 8 tops, they seem to be doing well.

I like Banannas in smoothies only, I buy them but they are not a staple.
Only eat avacados when I make fajitas.

I have no idea where my grapes come from because I never looked.
