Hey friends - I was wondering what your thoughts or experiences were regarding peanut butter. I exercise daily and load up on protein whenever I can. I add peanut butter to my protein rich shakes but have been told that I may be exposing myself to high levels of harmful mold.

Thanks in advance...

I've never heard that.
My Hubby LOVES Peanut butter & he's never had any problems. Taking away his PB would be like taking water away from the world.
He's in great shape, especially for his age. He can out do guys 20 years younger than him.

I never heard that either. Does peanut butter get moldy? Mine is good forever, not that it lasts that long!

Nonsense! Peanut butter doesn't get moldy and doesn't need refrigeration.

Wonder if the OP heard this because peanuts "can" get moldy.
Either that or it's just one more thing "they" say can happen if we do or don't do something.
