Pretty much the same now (in middle age) as when I was a kid-my tastes haven't "matured".
Sugar is my favorite food group, followed closely by butter/fat, plus a bit of salt.
I've mostly gone off chocolate and soda now that I'm middle aged, but that still leaves plenty of sweet things for me to crave. I like old fashioned donuts, fruit pie and snickerdoodles!
I had an artificially inflated sweet tooth for about a decade of my adulthood, so it is hard to say! I stopped craving sweets as much when I stopped consuming fake sugar (diet soda, sucralose, etc), but I still do enjoy sweets.
I had my sweet tooth since 30, and it's only getting stronger :-)
