We're making the burger recipe my daughter found online a few months ago. Bacon, maple, and dijon (and even a little applesauce)...sounds like an odd combo, but they're divine.

To go with my chicken and mushroom quesadillas (Ellie Krieger recipe) I am making sauted broccoli rabe with garlic and oil. Tomorrow nights dinner is already cooked too, Hearty homemade mushroom lasagna with a cheesey bechamel sauce. A Giada recipe but I modifed it a bit and used some lower fat items. My house smells like a gourmet restaurant. All I have to do with the lasagna is reheat it for tomorrow.

Oh! I know that Giada mushroom lasagna but I've never made it. Have you had it already? How delicious is it?

No I have not, going to have it tomorrow night. She made it on her show this past weekend. I used lowfat milk instead of whole, part skim mozzarella instead of smoked mozzarella, and less greated cheese that she said. otherwise the rest of the ingredients I kept the same. I am on WW and it has to fit into my points plus plan. I also used no cook lasagne noodles. It looks fantastick and smells awesome. I used button, ****ake and baby bella mushrooms. I'll report back tomorrow on that dish.

YAY! I can't wait to hear. If it's good, I'll use your revised recipe so that I don't have to make the full-fat, high-calorie one that she makes.
