I'll probably go simple baking a potato and slicing it and then slicing a tomato and making a couple of sandwiches with mayo.

Looking for something different, going kind of light tonight.

Gourmet Italian Sausage Links (broiled) on a fluffy hotdog roll, sauteed onions, creole style hot mustard. Accompanied by a michelob.

Probably something simple... thinking of garlic chicken fried rice with sesame seeds. Quick and easy to cook, and I won't have to clean up if I cook!

Taco Salad! The one good thing about MIL visiting is I can get away with making Taco Salad for dinner. Hubby can't eat it and Son can scrounge for his meal.

(Why oh why does MIL use a dinner plate for each tiny little snack she eats? A tangerine on a dinner plate By the time it is dinner time I have to wash all the plates again.)

Tonight: It was Olive Garden in Frisco, TX. It was chicken marsala, Tuscan potatoes, Italian salad, breadsticks, marinara sauce, and iced tea.
