Going to do a deer roast w/ potato & carrots, side of stuffing & cabbage sauted... some salad as starters.

Friday is fish day...

Leftover from the big deer roast, will be cutting up leftover as soup for sat. lunch or something.

Grilling some Ribeye & some sides on sat. dinner...

Sun dunno yet...

That should cover the weekend... most likely be enjoying the great outdoors.

Tilapia-baked in butter and garlic.
Hmmm...I wonder what to have on the side???
Perhaps, we should have a really big salad.

Default It's summer in Wisconsin!

So dinner today is, of course, BRATS! Simmered in dark beer and onions for awhile, then finished on the grill. Johnsonville Original, of course. I'll probably make a cold salad too, I have spring fever! Broccoli/cauliflower/ham/peas...maybe cheese...yum. Can't wait!

Sorry, but your steak looks overcooked and those green beans look nasty. What kind of fish is that? It's hard to tell.

Coconut oil in the pan.
Sautee bite size pieces of chicken with a bit of soy sauce.
Add (already steamed) broccoli.
Add (already cooked) brown rice.
Add egg.
Mush it all up until egg is broken up, incorporated, and cooked
Add (a lot of) srirarchi sauce for zing.
Stir some more.

YUM.

I think a big dish of strawberries with just a sprinkle of Stevia will do.
