For a change a little bit of pub food, but homemade. I am lightly fry sliced zucchini, eggplants and chicken breasts. I melted some gorgonzola cheese, with heavy cream, parmigiano cheese and blended with garlic to make my own light version of Caesar's salad dressing: will have that with greens and my usual arugola.

Today I cooked the last of the frozen turkeys we had in the freezer. This will be the last one until Thanksgiving.

Tonight we'll have turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, & green beans.
