Didn't do ribeye sat... totally forgot it was st patty's day (slang).
So sat, we went for the emergency buy of the corn beef brisket & DH wants to try grilling it for looong hrs... so we did that instead of poppin it in the oven.
Served w/ cheedar & garlic mash potato & some more cabbage stirfry... that's z st patty's day meal.
Tonight... making some rice.
Having leftover corn beef brisket as a side.
Fry some omelet.
Maybe some greens (bok choy) and we shall call it a day.
Reuben sandwich, no cheese, on tapioca bread.
