I put a good handful of raspberries in my oatmeal this morning and had some grapes at lunch.

The raspberries are minimally processed, no sugar. I picked them last summer and froze them. Still great!

I stopped eating berries when I got my first driving job. I delivered for a major SOCAL corporation.

You don't want to eat fresh berries that you didn't get from a local farmer.

I'll repeat that. You don't want to eat fresh berries that you didn't get from a local farmer.

Yeah, I know you wash them under cold water before consuming. Not sufficiently...

If you can't afford the farmers market, I humbly recommend frozen produce.

Lol!
That's what I figured out.
That when mommy brought me my cut up fruit when I was a kid, I would down it without thinking.

So I cut up fruit every few days and parcel it out into tupperwares for the next few days. That way I have my cut up fruit to eat!

Wouldn't do it if I had to do it every day.

This week we are having a medley of tangelo, strawberry, apple pear, raspberries, red grapes, and apple.

I made it an international and multi-state day with fruit by starting way down south with a pear from Argentina, an orange grown locally, a GA peach, and a banana from I don't have a clue.
