Had a small amount of leftover mac & cheese and a small amount of leftover jambalaya, so I mixed them together, heated it up and made some toast. Certainly not fine dining, but it wasn't too bad.
Popcorn chicken, carrot and raisin salad, tossed salad, King's rolls, Weight Watcher mint chocolate ice cream and Murray's Sugar Free lemon cookies. P. S. -- I didn't get a chance to make the mac 'n cheese this weekend -- maybe the next one!
Well, today being Thanksgiving here in Canada we had the traditional thanksgiving meal. Turkey, stuffing, gravey, potatoes, squash, peas, carrots, lots of beer, wine and juices. A big cake that looked like a colourful trukey and ice cream on the side.
AS is usual I ate way too much and 5 hours later I'm still stuffed.
