Whats`s on Tonight`s Dinner Menu? (red wine, hamburger, grilled)

Had the burger I thought about last night...green chile cheeseburger with avocado slices, onion rings on the side and unsweetened iced tea!

Went out with a friend ... beef fajitas, yum! And a strawberry margarita, double yum!!

The restaurant portions are big so I'll have fajitas for lunch tomorrow too, assuming I don't have a midnight snack, lol!!

Chicken Alfredo, garlic bread and some kind of salad using tomatoes, arugula, romaine lettuce, cucumbers and red onions.

For supper I made egg casserole, hash browns and fried sausage slices or discs as I call them and french bread for toast.

Mesquite smoked Cheeseburgers from the grill with fries.

3 pieces of chicken Alfredo pizza from Fresh & Easy along with a green salad.

Korean mushroom tofu stew and lots of banchan.

Parmesan crusted tilapia fillets, oven broiled yellow & orange bell pepper slices, couscous.
