I'm pretty sure the menu for the evening meal on Tuesday night is going to be this:

homemade (breaded and fried) chicken breast strips, creamed potatoes, and string beans.

This pickle can't wait!

I buy a chunk of cheese then cut it in 1/2" slices, and put slices of raw onions in between, then drizzle with oil, cover and put in the fridge. After 2-3 days its ready to eat.

No, I didn't wrap it, I just got the lazy way - instead in a pan, I just made it on a piece of alu foil: spray foil with oil, spray tortilla, warm on both sides, put on cheese on a half, flip over the other half, press with spatula like grilled cheese sandwich. Flip. Roast. Flip. Ready
It takes as long you would make it with regular shredded cheese. Till gets warm and melts some...

The BBQ I made all day for last nights supper was such a hit they all asked for it again tonight. I usually don't serve leftovers so soon after the first meal but hey...this makes my life easier. They asked for cole slaw in their lunch too.
I won't serve potatoes two nights in a row so will think of a green veggie for tonight instead of potatoes. I just remembered...I have some broccoli in the fridge so steamed broccoli it is! I get off light tonight--hip hip hooray.
