I want all the yolk I can get and that ain't no yolk. Love eggs and like cooking them in many ways. I agree Jaxson ...over easy and some toast for sopping.

Which do you prefer? Do you buy different eggs for baking than what you use fore eating straight or do you add extra white? Do you love that strong yolky taste as I do or do you like a milder yolk? Do you seek out the best eggs?
I know the whites are better for you, but I like the whole egg. There is something about an all white egg omlet that is less appealing to me.

I do get fresh eggs from a relative, the yolks are also very large in proportion to the whites..
If I bake I use regular store bought eggs, save the good ones for cooking .

I love the yolks more than than the whites. Though its contains more fat it's really best to use when you're making a flan.

The yolk is where much of the nutrients from eggs are. Eggs get a bad rap, they're perfectly fine for a healthy diet.

I agree I eat 2 eggs just about everyday have no problems with cholestrol or whatever else they say it is bad for us.

Eggs are one of our first foods dating way way back if it was so bad for you I'd think modern society would have never been introduced to them.

OK, so who's the lone outlier in this old poll who claimed to prefer egg whites?

Ah! The incredible edible!

I prefer them with yolk.

Whites: ick!

I buy farmed cage free brown eggs has large as I can find.
I wont eat a factory white shell.

Last summer there was about 20 feral chickens that roosted under my lilac bushes.
Most mornings I found the "Easter" eggs. Usually about 15 of them.
They were of different colors ranging from a pale blue to a cocoa color even some
reddish ones. Some were oddly shaped and triple yolks!
Man, they were the best eggs I've ever eaten!

They didn't come back this year. Bummer!
