Very Good Morning all-just went outside to get the Sun. paper and the sky in the East is "brake light red". They're calling for wind and rain here for today an tomorrow.

Hey the kitchen fairy was - it was ME!!

Tonight roasting a turkey breast, mashed for Mr. L, peas, cranberries, salad. With the approaching weather it will be a good meal w/leftovers!

Pork roast; cranberry sauce; mashed potato; rice; maybe butternut squash.

We just shared a delicious sun dried tomato bagel with cream cheese for breakfast.

Good morning to everybody. The fairy did not stop ere either. I think it is slacking off.

Everybody's dinners sound incredible. Today I have no idea but I do know that I will take all the leftover steak tips (if my son doesn't find them)and use them to make some beef barley vegetable soup.
kshe let us know how that turkey comes out please.
Someone here mentioned injecting the turkey with herbs. We had visitors here from Louisiana some years back and they made the deep fried turkey injected with cajun spices. I don't think I have ever had turkey that tasted so good. There was a crowd of us and 40 pounds of turkey disappeared in 30 minutes. They also made jambalaya and other treats. Sooooooooooo good.

Good morning all. Not sure what's for dinner tonight, I don't feel good so I could care less about hubby's dinner, lol. I'm thinking I may have one of my favorites, grilled cheese and tomato soup with subject to change..

Good morning all. For dinner tonight, we're thinking about some kind of a fried rice dish with some of the leftover chicken and veggies that we have.

I changed my mind---so what's new! Ha! I feel like having some pasta...I got a wild hair up my a$$ and decided I'd try something new. Yes, me! I am going to cook up a chicken breast, cut it up in chunks and add it to some pesto to have mixed with some Fusilli pasta. Will probably have some garlic toast if I get to the store to get some, if not maybe just some toast and my beloved tomatoes on the side!

I am gonna make stuffing, mashed potatoes, and sauteed green beans with some lemon zest. Hungry already!
