I had a light dinner tonight. A bowl of pasta fagioli soup with a slice of buttered toast. I had this meal while watching "Jeopardy" on TV.

Good morning all.

Big ole beef roast today with fresh mushrooms, garlic smashed, green beans.

Feeling snow coming-my right knee is the best weather forecaster ever.

It was fresh. I will report back as soon as I have an occasion to experiment.
The stuff I had would definitely be good as a chutney too..on grilled chicken or with pork.

Well I didn't get dinner last night I was kind of ambushed staffing my Watkins Products booth at a christmas parade, I wasn't told that we'd be able to sell last night then as I'm setting up for today (at 3 yesterday afternoon) they let me know it'd be open in an hour
The up side is at least I sold some Vanilla and spices so it wasn't a total waste!
Tonite should be smoked chicken tacos with fresh salsa and avacado and maybe a couple of gingerperson cookies...

Oh my! Where do I begin---so many great posts and dinner ideas. All the baking going on---wow! If I could just find that energy I know I have....now where did I put that? I'm sure it's in a safe place!

This afternoon and evening we are babysitting the grandchildren while their parents attend a company party so dinner will be very simple...the 4 month old isn't big on being put down and much prefers being held which makes it difficult to prepare a meal. Ha! So probably spaghetti for dinner. I think!

Then this coming week it is off to the store to pick up some boxes and ingredients for making goodies to send out to give relatives, friends, neighbors and of course my hair dresser!! Looks llike I will be spending a bit of time in the kitchen!

For those getting their PT...not all of those therapists are created equally...some are to hard on patients so don't be afraid to let them know. My sisters therapist actually caused more harm then good by pushing her to hard. Her Dr. was not happy and got her a new therapist. You know your limits and when it is to painful let them know! A little at a time works just fine!

Good morning all my foodie friends!!

Good Morning all the first batch of chicken wings is in the oven with a few more to go. Not so appealing to smell this early in the morning and one of those smells that linger all day. Thank God for Yankee Candle.

Judi that roast beef sounds so good I just may take one out for tomorrow as we are expecting snow.
