morning y'all! The weather is nasty here today, so I am thinking comfort food, perhaps some chicken soup with orzo? The ingredients are all I have in the pantry, sure dont want to venture out, so I guess it will have to do!

Good morning. It is very cold today. I'm craving some comfort food. I am thinking of "creamy chicken and noodles" if I can figure out how to make it low cal. Steak for hubby. Does anyone know of a good tenderizer/marinade for the steak? I bought London Broil, cut it up in smaller hunks, and froze it. The meat is kind of tough even though it looked great. I hate that it can sometimes be good and sometimes bad for the same meat from the same store.
Lacey- I hope Mr. L has a great day and you can go on your day trip.
carlitasway- Glad you are feeling better. It's always good when we start thinking about food again.
Thanks! Do you have time to slow cook the London Broil?
