I hope everyone who has been feeling under the weather continues to improve.
I was hit about half an hour ago with a craving for meatloaf. The sides that suggest themselves to me are mashed potatoes (for sure) and green beans (maybe).
Kats and Jaxs I have a 4lb corned beef so there is plenty to go around I have to go get the red potatos. I don't know if I just want to boil them in with the beef or boil, mash, add sour cream, and scallions...
Thanks for all the prayers and thoughts about my student. The latest is he punctured a lung but should be okay. Apparently there were witnesses and whoever stabbed him approached him randomly and was not a student.
Anyway, I still feel really run down and spent and my throat is sore and my voice is hoarse. I wish I could go home at the end of the day and not have to stick around for musical rehearsal..........
