The bread crumb thread got me thinkin' , finally went and tracked down where my local market's been hiding the panko. Floured, egged, and pankoed up some thin sliced chicken breast and sauted them, had with caramelized onions and red peppers, pretty tasty and the panko does yield a nice, crispy coating.
Oh, Blue Fish.......my partner keeps asking for Blue Fish! He loves it, but its not in season yet around here. I remember in the summer my Dad used to catch them and no-one liked them.....to strong of f i s h but that is my partners favorite; he likes alll the stronger flavored fish and right now salmon is about all I can find. (He doesnt care for fresh water fish, and neither do I).
BF always soaks bluefish in milk for about and hour and a half before grilling it. Make all the difference in the world.

elston I used to cook blue fish when I was in CT. I would wrap in foil with some chopped tomatoes, little onion and lemon slices and then put on the grill.
Supper tonight is steak (again), corn on the cob and hubby made a pasta salad.
Tonight, its chili. We both felt like something spicy.
