So I made the chicken cutlets sauteed in olive oil then added the lemon juice and wine - hubby said it was very good and I have to agree! Thanks for the idea lacey!

I made only one mistake - I had puckered faces lol....I should have heeded my own warning!

Then put on toasted bread or rolls, and pour the sauce, onions, garlic over. Now creamed chipped steak is sounding good!

Hi all-well it was leftover bar-b-q'd ribs, baked beans, spinach salad. But casino Hey I came out $20 ahead-that's okay with me.

Oh what you have is more like for a cheese and steak sandwich....no don't cream t hat.....get some chip beef.
