Smells yummy and very easy.
You will have to let us know how it turns out. Sometimes I wish for an easy meal like that. Sounds tasty.

Yes it broke the skin in several places. I talked to the doctor, he had his tetanus booster last july so he is ok there. We just need to watch for signs of infection and double check with animal control that the rabies vaccinations were up to date. (According to the owner they are, but any owner who lets their 10 yr old walk a full grown boxer to school isn't very with it if you ask me.) So now we just have to watch and wait.

Amber - where do you get your energy from, please send some!

kshegirl - happy birthday in advance for Friday

sterlinggirl - ice cream and espresso and whisky is good too

MidwesternBookWorm - Mexisagna recipe is a keeper! Please thank Mr BW from us!

Lacey - I have boneless pork ribs - would they work OK with your recipe?? Or do you have another idea for them.....????

Cyn - I heard from a friend in the UK today that he's gone 8 weeks without smoking (and he was a chain smoker). I can't describe the relief I felt on hearing of his news - he is a good friend and I really care about him and it makes me so happy that he is giving himself the chance of a better, healthier life! So maybe on your 'down' days you can remember how happy you are making those who love you, simply by giving up smoking. More hugs to you {{{{}}}}
Thank yo SD
