Skbs my son also hates chicken soup. I don't know why but he does.

Kelsie I don't have the rub for the pork tenderloin but I usually cook my roast half way and then the other half I make a paste of 1 cup brown sugar 3-4T rum (any kind) 3tsp. finely chopped garlic or 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp cloves dash of seasoned salt 1/2 tsp ground pepper.

Smear the paste over pork then cook for the other half

NOTE: I like to either line the pan with tin foil or use a tin foil pan because it makes a mess.

Not sure about tonight-daughter took two of the girls for their dresses and some shopping. BUT I do know what's for tomorrow!!!! I wentand got 4 lbs of FRESH flounder filets and clams and I'm making linguine w/white clam sauce and pan sauteed breaded flounder, garlic bread, spinach salad. I can't wait to go to sleep and wake up!!!

Lacey, nothing like the "fresh" stuff. At least you know where it came from Is the big event next weekend. I know you will be so happy to cook tomorrow.

Tonight, no cooking for me..........dinner out.

Homemade Bagels (garlic-dill), cream cheese, homemade lox, red onion and capers. Salad with blue cheese crumbles and balsamic vinaigrette. And a couple Guinness

Wow! Homemade Bagels! That is amazing and I love bagels and crm cheese with lox.....let alone home smoked salmon..(did you catch the salmon too?)....add the red onion and I am with you! I wouldnt have thought of the capers...but am willing to try....salad sounds great and "Drink Guinness It's Good For You!"

tankratt you get some kind of a prize for an original and creative supper! Make that the "elstontonian award for excellence" or commonly called the tony award.

It's 6pm....One hour 'til bedtime....not that I am seriously COUNTING down or anything... LOL...been a long day.

I am about to get ready to start cooking my dinner for tonight.... I think I am even MORE ready to open that bottle of wine Hope you all have a lovely Saturday evening... and I would LOVE some of those bagels please... that is great- I am just not confident enought to attempt something like that. I really do think I would have dough all over the walls if I tried that... ahahahah
