I shook it off a little but didn't dry it. Turned out ok.

Well I took a quick drive to the local fish market to get my shrimp for shrimp stir fry - got the shrimp, but while I was there they had just brought in some fresh jumbo shrimp that had just been stuffed with their awesome seafood stuffing - and you probably won't believe this but 4 of those stuffed shrimp knew my name?? I was so perplexed I just had to take them home to study them further...........with melted butter

Guess I'll make that stir fry tomorrow night

You're my kind of person. Can just hear those shrimp calling you they've done that to me many times.

Just got ribs in to cook low and slow, rice and beans cooking, cornbread left from last night's chili disaster.

Enjoy.

I'm just hoping we have electricity so I can make dinner tonight. Storms coming in hot and heavy right now. If we have elcetricity I'm doing the lasagna---no electricity, tuna sandwiches. Time to start gathering together all my animals (no, not two by two--at least not yet). Probably have to sign off soon. UGH!!!

Here are my best thoughts and prayers for all who are in the way of the storm. Looking forward to hearing that all are well. (My son and his family live in coastal South Carolina. I am also worried for them.) May All Be Well!
