Nomad I would pre-cook them & freeze on a cookie sheet then wrap them for later use.
My fridge took a big hit tonight on forging for leftovers. Tomorrow looks like a salad with something else to go with it maybe grilled chicken. Dreaming of summer nights where all we eat are salads.

Yes, and they have come out quite good. The dough has a lighter texture, but good in a pinch or if you don't feel like making dough.

I brine all my meats before cooking. Think about it as a process of plumping up the meat with flavors and juices. I basically just take anything that I have and soak the meat in a salt water mixture of spices.
Went to Costco and picked up the rotisserie chicken and while I was there picked up the ready made mashed potatoes too I did though make the salad Oh, I almost forgot I picked up the mini baguettes and they were still hot in the bag. I do love those things.
