If you got laid off(Sounds like it) you are eligible for unemployment while you search for other employment. You can do it all by phone.(just an FYI)Looking on the bright side.......
At least it's a beautiful time of year to be unemployed

Sorry to hear that. The news here in the Houston area was just reporting on how jobs were going to be cut in the upcoming years as the shuttle program winds down but they made it sound like it was still several years out. That sure is a shame that it is starting already. We will keep you in our thoughts.

There's some eggs needing a purpose in the fridge.

It's either going to be an unfolded omelet with fried potatoes and onions inside, served at room temp with maybe a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and roasted red peppers, aka Totilla Espanol if you like menu names

I love Pasta Carbonara but it's really fattening so I've given it up.

I just grilled blackened boneless chicken breasts sliced them into large pieces and I am putting them on top of penne with a red roasted pepper, prosciutto alfredo sauce.

vpcats, what about grilled asparagus with roasted pepper & shallots topped with balsamic vinegar. Yum
