I know we are having a cottage cheese/avocado salad, that's a start. I just don't know what else. I would say chicken because I have some out to make chicken salad for a church dinner tomorrow night, but we had buffalo wings, last night, so I just don't know? Right now, I am just waiting for the coffee to get ready, so I can start my day..

I am planning on a ground beef throw-together that will be like Spanish rice, and much to daughter's dismay, I think I will add a can's worth of pinto beans.

I made burgers Ina Garten style and they were delicious. Also had grilled sweet potatoes, corn on the cob, and carmelized onions for the burgers. Sweet iced tea to drink.
