I'm having a dinner party tomorrow and cooking up a bunch of stuff so I think tonight will be something easy like takeout from our favorite chinese place. Egg drop soup, veggie chow mein for DD, sweet and sour chicken and beef/broccoli.

Baked potato with butter, cheese & pulled pork. Around these parts it is called a "loaded" potato. Will be leaving off the traditional OTHER add-on...sour cream, chives, bacon bits, smoked BBQ sauce.

I'm having leftover moroccan chicken with preserved lemon, which also has a ton of sauteed onions. And I'm sauteeing a couple more onions to make dip for tomorrow's game. Kitty will not be sleeping under the covers for a few days.
