For a quick and easy off the top of my head, cheeseburger Mac.

All you need is a box of Mac and cheese and taco seasoning in the ground beef and some montarey jack on top to make it more cheesy.

Saw a pork loin I had frozen in mojo. Threw that in the crockpot instead and will serve rice and beans with a tomato/avocado salad instead.

chicken fried steak (cubed beef), mashed potatoes with gravy, sliced tomatoes and a rare treat--I just made a Blueberry Lemon Crumble cake. the whole house smells so good....yum...

reconstructing leftovers: meatball sub sandwiches, broccoli tossed in homemade Italian dressing. Haven't decided if I am going roast the broccoli first or serve it raw.
