Trying to finish up a few things in the refrigerator - made a spinach salad w/ a cut-up avocado, big sliced tomato, grilled chicken breast and grated cheddar cheese and thin crispy tortilla strips (wish I could rem. where I got them bc they were so good and I'd like to get more) - going to make the same thing tom. nite (have lots of fresh spinach) w/ mandarin oranges to vary it and maybe veg. soup which I'd like to finish too (although it's still hot here in FL) before we leave.

bacon and potato soup ~ cornbread

Added a small handful of shredded cheddar ~ a little of the bacon shredded, ~ a chopped green onion ~ a dab of sour cream. Makes it look as fancy as any I've seen!
temps here down into the upper 60's right now so it tastes great!
