doing a small pork loin roast -- I think I'll flay it, put a stuffing in it (onion celery breadcrumb butter & raisins) and roll it up & tie and then roast it -- with a side of yellow & green beans, and a fresh corn pudding on the side that will roast alongside the pork. Drizzle a little mustard cream over the slices.....mmmm I can't wait!
Chicken legs on the grill, homemade creamed spinach, carrots and horseradish mashed potatoes. (real easy just add creamy horseradish sauce to the mashed potatoes and mix well) Give the potatoes a nice kick.
