wife made corn and flour, red and green chicken enchiladas and I baked them on the grill.

Fresh green salad,beer and football. Yup Fall is just around the corner.

Chicken with balsamic vinegar and sweet onions served over rotini pasta, peas and carrots too.

corn on the cob, okra, garden tomatoes, walnut raisin bread. Meat just didn't seem interesting tonight.

Last night of leftover enchiladas and chili. Man those were good. Got some new goodies for tomorrow!

Baked salmon, steamed brussel's sprouts, sugar snap peas, sugar snap peas, red leaf lettuce, yellow bell pepper, and scallions. For dessert, an orange, two glasses of dealcoholized red wine, and a few spoonfuls of Ben N Jerry's New York Super Fudge Chunk ice cream. (Can't be entirely dull...)

*I usually eat all my servings of vegetables and fruits at dinnertime.
