Today is the last hot and humid day,we almost reached a record in our area. Therefore we have tonight chilled blueberry soup with fluffy cream of wheat dumplings. For later a little cheese platter with grapes and cherry tomatoes.
Sauteed spinach with garlic and onion slivers, ripe juicy tomato slices with salt & freshly ground black pepper topped with garden fresh basil, boiled potatoes with garden fresh parsley, and crab cakes with a dill dip.
