I am trying a new crockpot recipe (pork: 'kind of teriyaki') to be served with rice or noodles and a healthy heaping of garden fresh broccoli, zucchini and baby carrots.

We just had a "winged it" supper so there is no particular theme, just whatever I felt like making so we had the following:

Pot roast and gravy, fresh made spinach/artichoke dip, fresh made salsa, mixed vegetables steamed, cottage cheese, applesauce, popcorn chicken (deep fried) with a variety of dipping sauces, butternut squash soup, iced tea to drink unless you wanted a diet pop and your choice of a vanilla ice cream cup, chocolate sunday ice cream cup or an English Toffee Ice Cream Bar.

thanks, yet: 55 years, I could claim we were 5 years old when we tied the knot, but no one would believe He had just graduated from college and I was a senior. Life is good!!! Except along with having a great with a couple of glasses of wine, we made 9 other stops, so we are a bit tired right now.
